The cooking is simple. The results are fantastic. I really like this cookbook! The beginning of each chapter follows the adventures of Mr. Baggywrinkles and his dream of sailing a yacht. He needs to learn how to cook for himself and these recipes evolved from that need. The recipes are easy to follow and even the required utensils are listed. Another plus are the many tips and advice on cooking with spices, cooking methods, useful ingredients....lots of tidbits! This is a fun book, has good recipes, and I have a sneaking feeling that some of the stories are based on the actual sailing experiences of the author.Product details
